JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding of requirements
• Technical survey of new functions (PoC)
• Application design
• Implementation of application and implementation of UT
• Code review
• Document creation
• Carry out these tasks in close communication with PMs and Technical Leads.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must Have

• More than 3 years of development experience in web/backend development (Java/Python)
• Quick catch-up on system structure.
• More than 3 years of System or Application Design & Analyze.
• Experience in Functional and non-functional requirements definition.
• Experience in Code design.
• Experience in Unit test specification creation.
• Teamwork skills, logical explanations, and presentations.
• Database Or caching skills (at least 3 years): such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elastic Search, RabbitMQ.
• Technical follow-up and training for development members.
• Design and promotion of technical training policy together with CTO.

Nice to Have

• Graduated from IT major is desirable.
• Have experience or desire to develop in: REST API, Docker, HTLM5, NodeJS, ReactJS, Go.
• Strong knowledge and good experiences in scaling a production system to serve up to thousands of transactions per second (tps)
• Have designed or developed a system on the AWS platform.
