                MARKETING & SALES ASSISTANT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Develop relationship with Interior Designers and Design firm who is related with office interior design and interior fit out.
• Design and maintain the products presentation (VN and EN), marketing tools and marketing items by Power point and any design software for sales members.
• Communicate and arrange any supplier who supply any marketing tools.
• Support sales members in organizing various projects such as developing marketing strategies, marketing campaigns, company’s marketing event.
• Survey competitor for developing company’s marketing strategy.
• Support sales members for any Branding activity (Ex: searching for any good resources).
• Collect all request of customer via phone, email, and transfer information to Sales members.
• Draft quotation and send to distributor/customer as requested.
• Follow up the quotation and arrange purchase order.
• Follow up and remind customers to make payment.
• Maintain and update the databases regarding price list, calculation tools, stock, delivery status, etc.
• Coordinate with suppliers such as Logistic & transportation company.
• Accomplish other Marketing and sales-related tasks as needed that are assigned by the direct manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• Work experience for office interior or furniture field.
• Designers experience will be preferred.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales-Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Good English skills (4 skills).
• Only women, Vietnamese people, over 27 years old, minimum 04-year experience working as marketing and sales assistant or administrator.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web searches.
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to details.
• Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team, adapt & work under high-pressure, honest, work overtime when necessary.
