A well-known company specializing in Japanese Investment funds, looking for Investment Associate/ Senior (English and Japanese Speaking) working in Ho Chi Minh City.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Conduct full range of investment analysis and valuation, follow up process of executing transactions to meet the business objectives.
• Conduct research and development analysis of new investment projects.
• Evaluate the feasibility of investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment proposal and compile project analysis report.
• Negotiate and modulate each new project.
• Monitor the invested projects for maximizing the overall strategic results and returns.
• Administer the process of due diligence.
• Strictly adhere to the Company policies, procedures and ethical requirements, ensure the operation of daily activities are ethically and legally complied.
• Support and participate in various ad hoc assignments or projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Education and Professional Requirements

• Minimum: Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Preferred: Member of CPA or CFA or equivalent qualification

• Experience Requirements

• Minimum: More 2 years experience in analyzing financial information and to prepare analytical reporting

• Special Skills

• Strong problem solving, negotiation, research and analytical skill.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill.
• High integrity and initiative, good team-player, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good command of English and Japanese
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Willing to travel.
