JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Champion Customer Service
• Participates in planning to achieve prescribed department and company objectives
• Support to after-sales team in servicing our internal and external parties, while participating in feedback sessions to understand how to improve in our after-sales service.
• Continue to improve our after-sales process to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction – creating a resolution map for different circumstances that is followed company-wide.
• Assist with project coordination for large projects ensuring a smooth installation and commissioning process.
• Assist our clients and technical engineers with lighting calculations and shop drawings.
• Manage Information Technology
• Ensure the entire after-sales team is entering client interaction data correctly through the CRM.
• Managing information on Unios Wiki system ensuring it has the latest troubleshooting information as well as information maintenance.
• Develop and maintain effective methods of recording/reporting data relevant to product improvement.
• Contribute to the education of internal team members through training sessions
• Submit Fastfield logs for Engineering/Supply chain review
• Manage External Relationships
• Carry out personal interactions with all stakeholders in line with values
• Monitors and controls the outgoing expenses of rectification works and
• On a bi-annual basis, review our network of external electrical contractors to ensure they are maintaining a high-level of service to our clients (could be done via an external NPS/audit?)
• Product Development
• Product launch assistance and testing during R&D to ensure a level of quality and no recreation of design flaws that are addressed in after-sales.
• Identify trending data to draw meaningful conclusion to assist with overall product improvements; provide to team leader

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Track record of high customer service through similar industries/roles.
• Understanding of electrical mechanics related to lighting
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the lighting industry.
