Job vacancy Chief Accountant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To organize the compilation of financial statements and accounting records of the company
• To keep true and fair records and accounts of all financial receipts and payments and other financial matters as designated and/or instructed by the Board and/or the General Director
• To manage internal control
• To oversee all purchasing and payroll activities of staff and employees, which exclude the decision-making of materials or items
• To ensure adequate cash flow to meet the company’s operational needs, including without limitation, daily cash management needs
• To handle all other rights and obligations as specified by the regulations for the company’s chief accountant and as approved by the Board on ad hoc basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Chief accountant experience required at least 3 years
• Accounting and tax practice & cash management experience required
• Reporting practice to the management team and filing & communication experience with local authorities and auditors required
• English & Vietnamese business communication (reading, writing, listening and speaking used for biz)
• FAST Operations - Tax filing
