Foreign consulting company is looking for Manager to be responsible for operations management of Accounting & Tax Consulting Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing operation of Tax Consulting and Accounting Department.
• Training for junior staffs to perform the necessary skills according to the Company's regulations.
• Planning, assigning work, organizing service implementation for customers.
• Maintaining and improving service quality, developing new services of the department.
• Building the relationships with current and potential customers,
• Updating and capturing requirements from customers, proposing services in accordance with those requirements.
• Consulting value-added services for customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax.
• Having at least 07 years of experience working for consulting companies or auditing companies.
• Having good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax system.
• Dynamism, hard work, ability to handle high pressure.
• Team working skills, delegating skill, and task management skill.
• Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
• English skills in advanced.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working location: HCM/Binh Duong
