COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is one of the largest logistic corporations from Japan with major scope of business as follows: Cargo Transportation by automobile, Logistics Center Operation, and Other Services.

• Working Hour:
  • Mon-Fri working hours 8:00-17:30
  • Saturday working hours 8:00-12:0

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Commercial accounting experience.
• Develop and responsible for the accounting system, day-to-day finance, and account operation from production at the mill to aggregation.
• Lead the team to handle fixed asset, costing and inventory management.
• Ensuring accurate and complete recording of all accounting entries and timely submission of all statutory reports complied with governmental regulations and VAS.
• Monitor payment, cash flow and cash on hand in compliance with company policy, accounting, and tax law.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants and tax authorities for all tax and accounting matters.
• Organize and ensure adequate preservation and storage of all accounting documents.
• Implement internal control on all operation processes.
• Co-ordinate with factory team to provide financial insights and drive business objectives.
• Other tasks assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Chief accountant certificate compulsory.
• Have knowledge and experience in trade (Min 5 years)
• Start working as soon as possible (May)
• English: Good communication skill in English (TOEIC 600)
• Proficient in Excel, Word…
• Good communication skill and reporting skill…
