Company Limited Coal Halong - TKV formerly Union of Quang Ninh coal was established on 08 May 2001 in 1988 according to Decision No. 2007 QD / UB dated 08 May 01, 1988 of Quang Ninh province. Union of Quang Ninh coal was formed initially 2 units independent accounting: Cam Pha Coal Enterprise, Spring Coal Mine Again, with the aim to exploit the resources of small areas, are scattered in areas and remote areas are not large reserves of natural resources. Thus the region is assigned to manage natural resources, protection, exploration and exploitation are in the preliminary exploration search.
