SALES EXECUTIVE
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a Japanese company specializing kitchen equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise product and service delivery to customers while assessing their needs to enhance sales potential.
- Foster B2B relationships sector (Dealers/Kitchen Suppliers) and B2C connections with end users through direct sales across Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and neighboring Northern provinces.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager.
- Listen attentively to customer (dealers, end users) requirements and tailor presentations accordingly to facilitate sales.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing customers through personal visits, phone calls, and emails.
- Initiate contact with potential customers to explore new business opportunities.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and its current and prospective markets.
- Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate closures.
- Conduct market and customer research to gather valuable insights.
- Represent HVN by showcasing and consulting on products at dealer/end user offices, trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, costs, delivery terms, and specifications with buyers and managers.
- Address objections effectively to encourage customer purchases.
- Provide advice on upcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
- Prepare detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process driven by prospective customers.
- Monitor personal sales performance to achieve or surpass targets.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customers' businesses and needs.
- Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
- Maintain accurate sales and order records, including generating forecasts and daily sales activity reports.
- Compile overdue reports and sales forecasts for production scheduling.
- Maintain a target list for dealers and chain accounts.
- Update and maintain records as instructed by the General Director and Sales Manager..
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Sales background preferred, particularly in the food service industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capable of collaborative teamwork.
- Driven by motivation and ambition for success.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Adherence to deadlines for reporting and document submission.

Salary: Up to 13.000.000VND (Gross)
