• Identify requirements, design architecture, develop, review code, oversee testing, and launch projects from start to finish.
• Take ownership of the success of the projects you are involved in.
• Monitor product performance and manage system errors.
• Implement process improvements.
• Provide training, support, and motivation to team members.
• Conduct research and develop new technologies related to the project.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Has 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Demonstrates experience throughout the full project development lifecycle, from inception to completion.
• Proficient in using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, AWS Cognito, AWS CloudFront, S3, Amplify, ECS, etc.
• Possesses project management skills.
• Good commands of English

Nice to have:

• Possesses knowledge in HTTP API/Rest API and understands the differences regardless of the programming language.
• Can develop functions that meet system requirements while considering vulnerabilities in authentication methods (Cookie, Session, JWT), etc.
• Familiar with concepts like SAML, SSO, etc., and can support system expansion.
• Knowledge in ReactJS or VueJS is advantageous.
