JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in design, bidding, and construction supervision of equipment systems (MEP) for ongoing development projects in Hanoi, Vietnam.
• Mainly involve in the ongoing Star Lake Complex Development Project (hereafter referred to as SLP-B) and the new school construction project (hereafter referred to as Project C).
• Prepare various documents, presentation materials, process and edit the drawing data (CAD data).
• Communicate with project team, participate in project meetings (internal and external designers, contractors, various consultants, business partners, etc.) ※In English and Vietnamese.
• Interpret between English and Vietnamese if any.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University or college graduate related to construction technology
• Years of experience: More than 3 years in the field of Building services engineering
• Required experience: Office design, general contractor, project management (PM) or construction management (CM) experience
