JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Training and Coaching:

• To take part in developing the annual training plan and budget
• To take responsibility to develop and organize the professional trainings and action plan to develop the skills for management level and salesman
• To attend the periodic meeting to train the management skills for DSM/ ASM/ Team leader and receive the feedbacks from sales team
• To attend the periodic meeting to train the management skills for DSM/ ASM/ Team leader and receive the feedbacks from sales team.

Procedure Compliance :

• To take responsibility to check and assess the systems and execution of sales process of Salesman/ Team leader/ DSM/ ASM

  Sales Team development :

•  To contribute, develop and finalize the management tools, methodologies of enhancing the sales capability of sales team appropriate with corporate orientation
•  To make the contributory ideas about working procedure, policy and allowance for business trip, rewarding and promotion policy for sales employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•  At least 2 years experiences in similar position in MSC and Pharmaceutical industry
•  Presentation skill
•  Efficient communication skill
•  Negotiation Skill
•  Knowledge about sales distribution system, procedure & policy
•  English: Good communication/document comprehension (equivalent to C degree)
•  Enthusiastic, creative and ability to make influence and active impact.
